Free messages
- Replies to a customer within 24 hours of their last message
- Utility templates sent while the customer's 24-hour window is open
- Every message for 72 hours after a customer starts a chat from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad
- Messages that fail or are not delivered
Which category is my message?
Marketing: offers, announcements, invitations, anything promotional.
Utility: updates about something the customer did, such as order, booking or payment updates.
Authentication: one-time passcodes for logging in or verifying an account.
